Creative Assistant Letters & Guides: Facilitation
Hey y’all, it’s Rayn!
With the organic shift from an apprentice of conNECKtedTOO to a creative assistant of TINYisPOWERFUL there were, and still are, many skills I needed to learn. Facilitation is one of those developing skills that I have some experience in but would really like to get a good footing in.
So for future reference I’ve made a guide in how I would like to facilitate meetings. And when shared this with Victoria Rae Moore, our Executive Director, I was encouraged to add it here.
Please click on the following link or the image below to access the guide: Facilitator Guide
Image Description: In big rounded serif text at the center of the image there is the title “Facilitator Guide” in a light warm purple color with yellow and orange shadows. Surrounding the title are three simple five petal flowers, in the same purple. Behind the title and flowers is a grid, with pale beige yellow as the base color, and the same purple used for the lines.
P.S. If you’re wondering who I am, please reach out by emailing me at firstname.lastname@example.org instead of checking my about me here. I’d rather introduce myself through an email or quick ZOOM call or over some coffee, because my about me on here contains outdate information.
